About
matters that cross borders

ATB Legal advises and represents clients on cross-border disputes and corporate matters across India and the UAE. We work as one team on both sides of the corridor, supported by a network of firms across the wider GCC, the UK, Singapore and Africa, so a single matter can be handled end to end rather than handed between jurisdictions.

In India

We act on commercial disputes and insolvency before the NCLT, on corporate transactions, FDI and governance, and on intellectual property, employment and the India–UAE trade corridor — for inbound investors and for Indian businesses expanding into the Gulf.

In the UAE

We are registered before the DIFC and ADGM Courts with rights of audience before both, and appear in international arbitration before the DIAC and the ICC. For mainland matters we work alongside established Emirati firms, keeping a single point of accountability for the client.

Our lawyers

Have practised across common law and civil law jurisdictions for around two decades each — in private practice, in-house, and before the courts and tribunals where these matters are decided.

How we work

Plainly. We set out what a matter needs, what it is likely to cost and the realistic outcomes — and keep cross-border work under one coordinated team rather than several.
